How we check what's here
Yoga listings go out of date fast. Studios move, teachers leave and prices rise. This is how we try to keep up, and where the limits are.
Where the information comes from
Our first source is always the provider's own website, timetable or booking page. Where a teacher only uses social media, we use their public pages and treat that as weaker evidence. We use directories and review sites to find providers, never as the only source for a price or an address.
How often we check
An automated check visits every listed provider each week and flags any change to their pages. Links, timetables and "last checked" dates update automatically. A person reviews changes to prices, addresses, closures and new listings before they go live. The last full check finished on 2 November 2026.
What the labels mean
- Listed normally (37): we found recent evidence that the provider is active.
- "Check it's running" (12): the provider exists, but we couldn't find recent activity or a clear source. These pages aren't offered to search engines until we can confirm them.
- Removed: if we find good evidence that a provider has closed, we take it off the site.
Prices
We record prices as published, with a link to where we found them. We don't negotiate, estimate or average them on a provider's behalf. Providers that don't publish a price simply show none. Our price index uses only published single-class prices.
Recommendations
When we suggest a provider for a particular need, that's based on what it publishes: its styles, location and format. We don't take payment for this. We don't publish star ratings, because we haven't graded every class on the islands and a score would suggest we had.
Health information
Our guides give general information and aren't medical advice. If you're pregnant, injured or have a health condition, talk to a doctor and tell your teacher before you start.
Corrections
If something's wrong, tell us. We confirm the change against your own published information, then update the listing.
