Yellow Rock Yoga Gozo
A Gozo yoga business run by Monique van Bemmelen and Norbert Koch, who moved from the Netherlands, with most group classes held outdoors around Qbajjar. Indoor classes run in Sannat and there are online sessions. It also runs year-round yoga holidays and Yoga Alliance-linked teacher trainings.
What to know
- Outdoor class locations can change with the wind, and severe weather moves classes online.
- The timetable runs Monday to Saturday, with Hatha Flow in Sannat on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 18:00.
- Monique is a certified pregnancy yoga teacher; ask for the price of the 10-session prenatal pack.
- Bring a mat or large towel, or ask to borrow a mat.
- One-day retreats are €145 per person, with outdoor yoga, lunch and a hike or Yin session, for up to 4 people.
